Temperature adjustment knob
Provides a means of selecting the temperature which the
heater is to maintain in the enclosure. Rotate the knob
until desired temperature is aligned with index mark.
NOTE
The thermostat provides only an on-off control of the heater. Raising the
thermostat setting does not increase the heat output of the heater per unit of
operating time. It merely causes the heater to run longer to satisfy the heat
demand. Setting the thermostat to the highest setting at startup does not increase
the rate at which the desired temperature will be reached. To prevent temperature
overshoot, set the thermostat only to the temperature desired for the enclosure.
