Materials Required:
Cleaning Solvent (Item I1, Appendix E)
WARNING
Cleaning solvent, Federal specification P-D-680, is toxic and flammable. Use only in a well-
ventilated area. Avoid prolonged breathing of fumes. Keep solvent away from flames. Do not
use in excessive amounts. Avoid skin contact.
Equipment Conditions:
Heater unit shut down and cool.
Power cable disconnected from power source.
Access door removed (para. 3-10a).

Removal.
(1)
Tag and disconnect two connectors from thermostat (1).
(2)
Remove two screws (2), two lockwashers (3), two flat washers (4), and thermostat (1).
