7. Set control box for low heater operation. Start heater (Chapter2, Section Vi).
Start timer as soon as heater is turned on.
NOTE
If supply voltage drops to below 21 Vdc. during start, all test results maybe wrong.
Readjust for 21 to 26 Vdc. with heater on. Turn heater off, and wait at least 5 minutes
before restarting.
8. Note supply current during start cycle.
