INTRODUCTION
The table in this section lists the common malfunctions that maybe found during operation or maintenance of
the heaters. You should perform the test/inspections and corrective actions in the order listed. Tests and
inspections are limited to the parts authorized for repair or replacement at the organizational level.
This manual cannot list all malfunctions that may occur, nor all tests or inspections and corrective actions. If a
malfunction is not listed or it is not corrected by the listed corrective actions, notify Direct Support
Maintenance.
EXPLANATION OF COLUMNS
MALFUNCTION
Visual or operational indication that something is wrong with the
heater.
TEST OR INSPECTION
Procedure to isolate the problem to a component or system.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Procedure to correct problem.
