from sliding in.
If gap is larger,
replace breather
(2).
Examine for
dents, bends
and distorted
tabs.
Remove breather
tube grommet
(6) and inspect
for plugging,
loose mounting,
and damage.
Examine breather
REPAIR
7. Breather
hole (7) for distortion. Inspect small holes (8) for
obstructions.
Straighten dents, bends, or bent tabs. Correct dis-
tortions in breather hole (7) where possible.
Breather tube grommet (6) must have snug fit.
