Installation (Refer to Figure 4-58)
(1)
Install two grommets (1).
(2)
Install two shielded gaskets (2) (Item 74, App F) and two shielded gaskets (3) (Item 73, App F), and
transformer base plate (4).
(3)
Install two high-tension leads (5) through base plate (4) and attach high-tension leads to electrodes (6).
(4)
Install gasket (7) (Item 59, App F), cover plate (8), thermostat bracket (9), eight flat washers (10), eight
lockwashers (11) and eight nuts (12).
(5)
Slide heat shrinks (13) over high-tension leads (5) and install the two high tension leads on transformer
(14).
(6)
Position and secure the heat shrink (13) over high tension leads (5) and transformer (14).
(7)
Install cover and filter (15), two flat washers (16), ground wire (17), two screws (18), two lockwashers (19)
and two nuts (20).
(8)
Connect wire (21) Fl/TB1-8 and wire (22) F1/TB1-3 to TB1 (23).
