INSTALLATION
1.
Position jack assembly (4) onto frame (5) and install four washers (3), lockwashers (2), and screws (1) onto front of jack
assembly.
2.
Install washer (3), lockwasher (2), and screw (1) onto bottom of jack assembly (4).
