TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT.
The equipment issued with the space heater is illustrated in figure 1-1.
5-2.
SPECIAL TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT.
No special tools or equipment are required for direct support or general support maintenance of the heater.
5-3.
MAINTENANCE REPAIR PARTS.
Repair parts and equipment are listed and illustrated in the repair parts and special tools list covering direct support
and general support maintenance for the equipment. Refer to TM 4520-241-24P.
SECTION II. TROUBLESHOOTING
5-4.
GENERAL.
a. This section contains troubleshooting information for locating and correcting most of the operating malfunctions
which may develop in the heater. Each malfunction is followed by a list of tests or inspections which will help you
determine probable causes and corrective actions to take. Perform the tests/inspections and corrective actions in the
order indicated.
b. This manual cannot list all malfunctions that may occur, nor all tests or inspections and corrective actions. If a
malfunction is not listed or is not corrected by listed corrective actions, notify your supervisor. Only those functions that
are solely within the scope of direct support and general support maintenance are listed.
