Rotate wheel while tightening nut (3). When wheel binds, back off nut (3) one-
half turn and install cotter pin (2). Attach cap (l).
INSPECT
Inspect spring (31) and axle (32) for serviceable condition. Report condition
of any damaged, broken, or worn parts to Direct Support Maintenance.
