Engage safety chain to louver to avoid serious injury whenever front
half hood is raised.

SERVICE
Death or severe injury might result when compressed air is used to
blow dirt from skin or clothing. Air entering body openings is extreme-
ly dangerous. Compressed air used for cleaning shall not exceed 100
psi (690 kPa). Use goggles or face shield for eye protection.

Check for obstructions between
noise baffle (1) and
louvers (2) of front half
hood (3). Remove ob
structions by probing
through louvers with small
stick or wire, or by apply
ing compressed air against
noise baffle inside hood.
If obstruction cannot be
dislodged, remove noise
baffle (1).
