TM 9-4520-251-14 4-20 BULKHEAD HALF HOOD This task covers: a. Removal b. Replacement Tools Equipment Condition Para Condition Description Tool kit, service, refrigeration unit 4–17 Front half hood removed (Appendix B, Section Ill, Item 1) 4–19 Access door removed. Materials/Parts Bulkhead half hood Location/Item Action Remarks REMOVAL 1. Safety chain 2. Bulkhead half hood, lower side edges 3. Bulkhead half hood, back 4. Bulkhead half hood Remove cap screw (1) and lock washer (2). Retain safety chain (3). Release edges by removing cap screws (4) and lock washers (5). Release back by removing cap screws (6) and lock washers (7). Lift bulkhead half hood (8) away from bulkhead (9). Forward to direct support maintenance for repair if needed. 4-47
