NOTE
During engine assembly removal, the coupling sleeve remained attached
to one casting, but was separated from the other. For ease of inspection,
slide sleeve from remaining casting.
1. Coupling sleeve
Inspect sleeve (1) for wear, looseness, and evidence
of splitting or tearing. If sleeve is damaged, replace
the coupling.
