PUMP DOES NOT ROTATE.
Step 1. With power off, remove nuts, screws, lock washers, and belt guard cover. Check for loose, broken, or missing
pump motor belts.
Tighten or replace pump motor belts (page 4-199).
Step 2. Check for loose or broken sheaves.
Tighten or replace sheaves (page 4-202).

Personnel hearing can be PERMANENTLY DAMAGED if exposed to constant high noise levels of 85 dB (A) or
greater. Wear approved hearing protection devices when working in high noise level areas. Personnel exposed
to high noise levels shall participate in a hearing conservation program in accordance with TB MED 501.
Hearing loss occurs gradually but becomes permanent over time.
•
Hearing protection is required for operator and also for all personnel working in and around this vehicle while
engine is running.
