Using a lifting device, and with the aid of an assistant, install front service plate (11) with sixty-five washers
(10), lock washers (9), and nuts (8). Tighten nuts in sequence shown to 10 -12 lb-ft (14-16 N•m).

worn
when
removing/installing
insulation; breathing the insulation
can be harmful to personnel.

Install eight pieces of insulation (6) on heat
exchanger (7).

Bend three wires (5) up to hold insulation
(6) in place.
