When removing the engine support brackets the 2
rubber resilient bracket pads should be separated
from the mounting base and from the engine support
brackets. Replace if unserviceable.
4-25 Plate, Support
The support plats for the 12 inch duct assemblies is
removed in the same manner as the engine base.
Remove the six cap screws and drop the support
plate. Installation is accomplished by reversal of this
cleaning and painting. Replace unserviceable sup-
port plate.
4-26 Canvas Strap
Remove the 2 canvas straps which retain the 12 inch
duct assemblies by unbuckling and unthreading
from the slotted holes found in the engine base and
in the support plate. Check the webbing and buckle
for serviceability. Replace unserviceable strap. Rein-
stall the canvas straps by reversing procedure
described.
