Force grommet (1) out of hole in exchanger housing panel. If grommet is cracked, worn, ordamaged, replace.2. Remove one screw (2) and two lock washers (3) and lift off ground strap (4). If ground strapis torn, badly corroded, or has loose terminal, replace.3. Remove three screws (5) and lock washers (6) at front of heater and lift off front mountingbracket (7).4. Remove four screws (8) and lock washers (9) at rear of heater and lift off rear mountingbracket (10).4-33
