Clean dirt and grease from Immersion Heater Body.

Inspect lighter cup for evidence of distortion; also wick for distortion and loose fit of wick
retainer.

Inspect fuel filler plug for proper fit of plug and gasket; also vent cap. Check for leaks.

Fill to designated capacity.

Inspect serviceability, i.e., holes, sharp edges.

Clean soot from pipe.

Inspect burner hood for damage or distorted hinge.
