(23) Insert a piece of hardwood or brass between the rotor teeth and into the casing port to keep the shaft from turning.
(24) Install locknut (9) and lock washer (8) on shaft (10). Tighten locknut.
(25) Bend tangs of lock washer (8) down.
(26) Install plug (7) in head (2).
(27) Install bushing (6) in idler (5).
(28) Install idler (5) on head (2).
