General Safety Instructions
Gasoline used in operating heater is explosive.
Empty fuel tank may contain explosive fumes.
Avoid open flame near gas tank filler neck.
Make sure a Class 20-B:C fire extinguisher is in easy reach.

To repair leak in fuel tank,
remove paint around leak.
Clean area with sandpaper.
Using epoxy patch kit
(Appendix E, Item 12),
mix and apply epoxy
according to instructions
in kit. Allow epoxy to cure
for 30 minutes or as speci-
fied in manufacturers
instructions.
Clean, pretreat, and re-
finish rust spots in accord-
ante with TTC-490,
TT-P-636, and MILT704.
Apply forest green paint
(Appendix E, Item 11).
