Assembly (Refer to Figure 4-71)
(1)
Install preformed packing (1) (Item 28, App H) and drain port (2).
(2)
Install washer ring (3), four flat washers (4) and four lock nuts (5).
(3)
Install drain plug (6).
(4)
Apply sealant (Item 6, App E) to bottom flange on fuel gage neck (7) and filler neck (8).
(5)
Install fuel gage neck (7), filler neck (8) and twelve space adapters (9).
