1.
Turn dial (1) so dial is set at 0.0.
control dials:

Put dial (1) on post (2) so anti-rotation washer (3) fits in dia 0)
3. Screw in and tighten two setscrews (4) with .050-inch
Follow-on Maintenance:
Install thermal system test controller case cover; refer to volume 1, para. 4-18.
