Remove Chassis Assembly (Continued):

Unscrew and take out 32 machine screws (1), Iockwashers (2), and flat
washers (3) from panel (4) with cross tip screwdriver. Get rid of
Iockwashers (2).
WARNING
Test controlIer chassis assembly (5) weighs about 136 pounds
(62 kilograms). To avoid injury, two soldiers are needed to
lift or move chassis assembly (5).
CAUTION
l
Do not lift test controller chassis assembly (5) too far
out of controller case assembly (6) or electrical wire (7)
may be damaged.
l
Always turn chassis assembly (5) and case (6) together
or electrical wire (7) may be damaged.

GO TO FRAME 3
Lift chassis assembly (5) out of case (6) by bow handles (8). Turn
chassis assembly (5) 45 degrees and set chassis assembly (5) on
case (6).
Disconnect receptacle connector P1 (9) from chassis assembly (5) with
flat tip screwdriver.
