Install Connector:

Move connector W16J1 (1) to under side of bracket (2).
Screw in and tighten two machine screws (3), two new Iockwashers (4), four flat
washers (5), and two hexagon plain nuts (6) with 3/16-inch single socket spinner
socket wrench and 7/32-inch combination wrench.
