Vane assembly
Inspect for bent, broken, or missing vanes (10)
bent rings (11 and 12), and broken welds.
REPAIR

Vane assembly
Straighten bends and distortions. Replace if
not repairable.
INSTALLATION
5.
Vane assembly
Install vane assembly (8) in fan ring (9) using
screws (5), nuts (6), and washers (7). Tighten
securely.
6.
Fan and hub
Align with heat exchanger case (13) and push
assembly
or tap bracket (1) until alignment pins (3) enter
alignment holes (14).
NOTE
Install engine assembly as described in paragraph 4–21.
