Remove cap screws (1) and

washers (2). Lift out vane–
axial fan (3).
INSPECTION

Inspect for bent vanes (4),
distortions, and other
damage.
REPAIR
3.
Bends and distortions must be corrected until vaneaxial fan is in bal-
ance. Do not use unbalanced or vibrating vaneaxial fan.
Vaneaxial
Correct angle of vanes (4). Straighten distortions.

Replace if not repairable.
