Using soft jaw pliers, take off ten dummy connector plugs (1) and two electrical
covers (2) from receptacle connectors (3).
CAUTION
Panel markings are located near each connector (3). When
removing connectors J1 through J12, avoid scratching panel
markings with tools.
NOTE
Use steps 2 and 3 for removing each of 12 connectors J1
through J12.
Cut and take off lacing wire (4) from 12 connector nuts (5) with pliers.
Using jamnut wrench, unscrew and take off nut (5) and ring (6). Push connector (3)
through panel (7).
Look at dummy connector plug (1) for bent or missing pins (8) and broken chain (9).
If bad, get rid of plug (1). If OK, set aside for later use.
